YU-card is your official York University student ID and is required to write your final exams. It's also used to access important library resources, bookable spaces, campus rewards and benefits, and to make quick and easy payments on campus (including dining plans!). 

Getting your YU-card is quick and easy. Here are the steps to getting your card: 

• upload a passport-style photo on the application page; 
• send your image for approval; 
• download the eAccounts app on your mobile device via the App Store, for iPhone users, or Google Play Store, for Android users; and 
• look out for email updates regarding your application status.

Official Examination Identification

You must present identification at each examination. Follow the guidance of the exam invigilator/instructor on the use of mobile YU-cards and the placement of mobile phones during exams.
