If you are in the last term of your program and expect to graduate, you must apply to graduate. Once you apply, the Degree Audit Office will evaluate your eligibility to graduate. Applications are processed in the order that they are received, please check your graduation status.
If you are unsure of your eligibility and would like to verify your graduation status prior to applying, make an appointment with your Faculty or program advising office to find out if you have met the requirements to graduate.
Once you apply to graduate, ensure your personal information is up to date.

Students from the following Faculties, must apply to graduate online:
- School of the Arts, Media, Performance and Design
- Education (Bachelor of Arts, Educational Studies and concurrent only)
- Environmental and Urban Change
- Health
- Lassonde School of Engineering
- Liberal Arts & Professional Studies
- Science
Note: Faculty of Education students in the full-time consecutive program do not need to apply to graduate. Students in the concurrent program are reminded that they must apply to graduate from both their BEd degree and their academic Faculty's degree.

Applications after this date will not be accepted. If you miss the deadline you will need to Apply to Graduate for a future convocation.
If you are registered in an Honours program but wish to graduate with a bachelor (90-credit) degree you must indicate this when you apply to graduate.
Students who expect to receive a certificate must complete and submit an Application to Graduate with a Certificate. Please note that this form is to be submitted to the academic unit that offers the certificate.
Once you apply to graduate, your eligibility to graduate will be confirmed following an audit of your final grades, your status will be reflected on your grade report and transcript and your name will appear on YU Verify as having graduated.
