F NGR (No Grade Reported) - A grade of F with a qualifier of NGR (No Grade Reported) indicates that the instructor did not report a grade. Contact the academic department offering the course.
NCR (No Credit Retained) - The course does not count toward satisfaction of academic degree or certificate credit requirements and is not included in grade point averages (major, cumulative, sessional and overall).
Continuing in Honours (BA, BHS, BSc) - Students who have completed less than 84 earned credits whose cumulative grade point average is below 5.00, may continue in a Faculty of Health Honours BA, BHS or BSc degree program provided they meet the year level progression requirements as follows:

Warnings - Students with the decisions "Academic Warning", "Debarment Warning", "Program Warning" or "On Probation" are strongly recommended to make an appointment with the Faculty of Health Office of Student and Academic Services.
Limited Additional Credits - Students whose decision contains the phrase "Limited Additional Credits Allowed. Advising Required" will be blocked from future enrolment. Students must contact the Faculty of Health Office of Student and Academic Services to book an appointment.
May Proceed Only in a Bachelor Degree -
- Students who were registered in an Honours BA or an Honours BSc with a major in psychology will automatically be placed in the bachelor program in Psychology.
- Students who were registered in an Honours BA or an Honours BSc with a major in kinesiology and health science and are eligible to proceed only in a bachelor degree, have had their major changed to psychology. Students will be blocked from future enrolment and must make an appointment with the Faculty of Health Office of Student and Academic Services.
- Students who were registered in an Honours BHS with a major in health informatics, health management, health policy or health studies will automatically be placed in the bachelor program in Health Studies.
- Students who wish to choose a degree other than that which has been assigned, must complete a Program Change Request.
Psychology Majors - Students majoring in Psychology who have not met the minimum grade requirement of C in PSYC 1010 6.00 must repeat PSYC 1010 6.00 with a minimum grade of C before they can enrol in psychology courses where PSYC 1010 6.00 is a prerequisite.
Academic Penalties - Students with the decisions "Required to Withdraw for One Year", "Failure to Gain Standing", Ineligible to/May Not Proceed", "Ineligible to/May Not Continue" or "Debarred for Two Years" will be blocked from future enrolment. Students should arrange for advising with the Faculty of Health Office of Student and Academic Services to discuss their options.
